Establish Urban Air Mobility and operation of an eVTOL based Air Taxi Service. FEV was asked to define the elements of the entire Air Taxi ecosystem

- Definition of the Air-Taxi Service use-cases, route network and assessment of >25 TOL locations
- International benchmark of >80 existing eVTOL concepts and identification of suitable concepts for the use-cases
- Evaluation of eVTOL suppliers, visit of the 6 most credible suppliers, and selection of preferred suppliers’ further partnership negotiation
- Development of comprehensive requirements for the eVTOL aircraft (#270), infrastructure (#690) and operations (incl. process flows) (#395)
- Definition of the business case/ model incl. CAPEX and OPEX estimation for an Air Taxi Service
- Engagement with authorities, regulators and other stakeholders to define boundaries for a service launch
