FEV was asked to support the development of a Mobile Fast Charger (MFC) from ideation to Proof of Concept (PoC)

Derivation of business model ideas for applications of MFCs and conduction of consumer survey to confirm analysis
Leverage of partner network to identify and select state-of-the-art components, incl. battery unit & power electronics
Installation of microgrid to allow vehicle charging without grid connection
Development of Operational Management System for remote condition monitoring & organization of operations
Integration of high-performance cooling system with dedicated cooling strategy
Assembly & functional testing of 2 PoCs with:
- 150 kWh usable energy capacity
- 2 x 75 kW charging power (CCS 2.0 & CHAdeMO)
CE certification based on Hazard and Risk Analysis (HARA)
